All Classes are currently held online due to government social distancing advice.  We are still continuing to offer you the fantastic benefits of Yoga through pregnancy and still gives you an opportunity to connect with other mums to be through the online experience.

Why Pregnancy Yoga?

Bliss pregnancy yoga classes ensure that when the time comes, you will be much better prepared for child birth as a result of what you have learned in the class. You learn how the use of breathing techniques learned during your yoga classes allows for more efficient surges and how it can help with release of endorphins. You will also gain many physical benefits including increased muscle tone to help support your body during labour, better posture helping relieve lower back pain, boosts circulation and reduces swelling, increased flexibility enabling the body to adapt to various positions helping to make your birth experience more gentle and positive.

Bliss Pregnancy Yoga classes also have a strong focus on relaxation and visualisation techniques to help your baby have a gentle birth experience no matter what path it may take.


Pregnancy Yoga also helps you acknowledge and connect with your baby during pregnancy.

Pregnancy Yoga expert, Jessica McKenna, has more than 12 years of pregnancy yoga teaching experience helping hundreds of women to achieve a gentle birthing experience.  With Bliss Yoga, you will have the chance to talk with other mums-to-be as well as benefiting from the advice and support offered by Jessica as a result of her training and experience in all aspects of pregnancy and birthing

Birth Preparation Workshop

This workshop is an opportunity to show your birth partner tools and techniques to help with the birthing of your baby.  This includes  birthing guidance, labour massage, breathing techniques and tools to help your partner support you during birth confidently.

£60 per couple.

Bliss Pregnancy Yoga Norwich offers antenatal yoga for expecting mothers in Norwich, Norfolk. Pregnancy Yoga classes are run by Jessica McKenna, (Senior Yoga Teacher). YTAA & Yoga Alliance accredited Yoga Instructor with more than 12 years teaching experience who has been trained in the specialist pregnancy yoga teaching skills required . Currently, pregnancy yoga classes are offered at St Mary Magdelene Church Hall in Norwich, Norfolk. and Broadland High School, in Hoveton

Jessica McKenna is a registered teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals.
